    1) The temperature starts to rise from -10 celcius to 0 celcius.
    2) The temperature stops at 0 celsius.
    3) The temperature rises from 0 celcius to 100 celcius.
    4) It stops at 100 celcius.
    5) Then it rises to 120 celcius and stops rising.
